Book an Appointment

Experiential Education has several ways for students and alumni to access career supports. These include:

  1. In-person drop-in hours
  2. Virtual peer support
  3. In-person or virtual appointments with a Career Counsellor

Drop-In Hours

During drop-in hours, you can visit Dalton Hall, Room 209 for in-person support including advice on job searching, resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and other work-related issues.

You can visit our events page to see upcoming drop-in hours.

Drop-in hours will be held on Tuesdays from 1:00–4:00 pm.

Virtual Peer Supports

You can schedule a virtual appointment with an Experiential Education student assistant. They are trained to provide resume and cover letter feedback, interview preparation advice, and job searching support.

We also offer written feedback on your resume and/or cover letter.

  • Email experientialed@upei.ca with your draft, and receive a reply with feedback in 1–2 business days.
  • Email your resume and/or cover letter in an editable format such as .doc (MS Word) or Google doc.
  • Include the link to the job posting you are applying for to allow us to help you tailor it for the position you are applying for.

You can also send general inquiries to experientialed@upei.ca as needed.
