Summer Job and Career Fair 2024
Date: Wednesday, March 13 (Storm date: March 14, same time)
Time: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Location: W. A. Murphy Student Centre, UPEI Charlottetown Campus
We are excited to announce that registration for the 2024 Summer Job and Career Fair is now open! This year, we are thrilled to return to an in-person fair, providing students and employers with the opportunity to meet face-to-face and learn about summer jobs and full-time opportunities.
Space at the fair is limited and restricted to employers hiring for 2024 summer jobs and/or looking to hire May 2024 graduates or recent grads. We welcome employers from a wide variety of industries.

Registration fees and deadlines
- Early Bird Rate: $180 + HST (register by Monday, February 5 at 4:00 pm)
- Regular Rate: $200 + HST (registration closes Monday, February 26 at 4:00 pm)
The registration fee includes:
- A skirted, high cocktail table,
- Two bar chairs,
- Electricity (upon request),
- Wireless internet,
- Coffee and tea,
- Two boxed lunches, and
- Two parking tokens.
Additional boxed lunches are available for $15 + HST, and additional parking tokens are available for $9.50 + HST.

Employers surveyed after the 2020 and 2019 UPEI Career Fairs said:
- 90% said they anticipate that their presence at the fair was helpful for their recruitment efforts.

- “Students seemed very well prepared. Most came with resumes and a bit of background knowledge on our company.”
