IMPORTANT: If you are looking for the Patient Medical Home located in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Centre at UPEI, please contact them directly at 902-288-2021.

Our clinic brings together a team of nurses, nurse practitioners, family physicians, and specialist providers who work collaboratively to support your health.

We take a whole-person approach to care, recognizing that your physical, mental, and emotional well-being are all connected.

Please note: Doors open at 8:15 am. We are closed from 12:00–12:45 pm daily for lunch.
