Jeff Nemeth, a former president and CEO of Ford South Africa and current executive director of the Global Ownership Lifecycle with Ford, Detroit, recently presented to students in UPEI’s MBA in Global Leadership program. Nemeth discussed leadership with ideas and spoke of his impressive career in the automotive industry.
Nemeth’s presentation was a part of the Business 7550 course, taught by Alan Hilburg of Hilburg Associates. The course focuses on the leadership skills necessary to manage innovation and the role trust and values play in creating an inclusive culture in different regions of the world and different organizational leadership and structural contexts.
