Dr. Xander Wang, Professor in the UPEI School of Climate Change and Adaptation and Director of the Climate Smart Lab at the UPEI Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation, received a University Research Excellence Award on May 29.

The University of Prince Edward Island is saddened by the recent passing of Dr. Peter Meincke, President Emeritus. Dr. Meincke was the second president of UPEI, serving from 1978 to 1985.
