November 13—Unwind Your Mind
Stressed about upcoming exams? First time away from home? Do you feel like you are overwhelmed at work? Join us for some tips and tricks to de-stress, re-focus, and re-energize. This Wellness Wednesday will give you insight on how to cope with stress, stress management techniques, spiritual guidance, and how to quiet your mind. There will also be a meditation seminar following this event at 2:30 pm! Everything you need to know about keeping a calm, stress-free mind right at your fingertips!

November 20—ZUMBA-THON
As part of our Wellness Wednesdays, we want to get you movin’ and groovin’! We will have a ZUMBA-THON at lunch starting at 12:00 pm on November 20. We ask that each department on campus come dressed in a group color. The department that has the most enthusiastic group will win a $100 gift card to Chartwells! Teams must register by contacting Samantha at: sthorpe@upei.ca by Monday, November 18.
