Sports Centre Membership Fitness Classes

  • Pilates Yoga Fusion, Abs and Glutes, Circuit Training, Just Dance, and Zumba.
  • Fall semester (September 11 to December 16, 2023); Winter semester (January 8 to May 4, 2024). Spring semester reduced classes per week (May and June)
  • Classes are held in Fall, Winter, and Spring semesters. Schedule subject to change.
  • These classes are free and only for those with a Sports Centre membership. 
  • Members will be able to register for classes six (6) days in advance of specific class offering. 
  • Membership classes are free for Sports Centre members and full-time UPEI students.
    • Squash and Track memberships do not have free access to these classes.
    • No drop-ins.
