Panther Fitness

Be a joiner! Group fitness classes will keep you consistent with your commitment to exercise. There is a format and an instructor for everybody!

Membership Fitness Classes

Classes including High Intensity Interval Training (HITT), Zumba, Shred and Pilates-Yoga Fusion, will start the week of January 6. Membership classes are FREE for full-time UPEI students and Sports Centre members. Non-members: $6 + hst/class drop-in fee.

Note: Sports Centre day passes are not accepted for fitness classes. Squash and walking track members must pay drop-in fee.

Specialty Fitness Classes

Check out our BARRE Fitness, Mat Pilates with Props, Hatha Yoga, Introduction to Pilates and Yoga for Stress Release. Classes will start the week of  January 13.  Pre-registration before the date of the class required.

Twelve classes/session program fee: Sports Centre members $80 + hst; non-members $91 + hst. Payment required at the time of registration. Drop in fee $10 + hst. Each program 12 classes beginning week of January 13.

Cycle Fitness Classes

Classes will start the week of January 13. Pre-registration before the date of the class required.

Twelve classes/session program fee: Sports Centre members $102 + hst , Non - members $120 + hst. Payment required at the time of registration. Drop in fee $12 + hst. Each program  has 12 classes beginning week of January 13.

Registration for all programs at Panther Central desk, Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre.
