Sports Centre Membership Fitness Classes
- Classes are held in the Fall, Winter and Spring Semester. Schedule subject to change.
- Classes include - Pilates Yoga Fusion, Shred Fitness, Abs and Glutes, and Zumba.
- These classes are free and only for those with a Sports Centre membership Must be a member
- Members will be able to register for classes six days in advance of specific class offering.
- Membership classes are free for Sports Centre members and Full-time UPEI students.
- Squash and Track memberships do not have free access to these classes.
- No drop-ins

- A variety of classes which require pre-registration 24 hours prior to start date of class. No drop-ins.

How to register for Specialty Fitness Classes
Virtual Fitness OnDemand – NEW
- We have a NEW Fitness OnDemand library with over 40 workout videos.
- New classes added monthly.
- Virtual live classes will begin the week of February 20 and workouts will be added to the library.
- Important: When using Fitness OnDemand library and live virtual classes, please use Chrome browser for best results.
- Note: UPEI full time student have free access to virtual fitness programming. Registration is required to gain access.
