Fitness Classes

New Membership Fitness Class Schedule for April 3–30, 2021

Mondays:

  • Pilates-Yoga Fusion 12:10–12:50 pm
  • HIIT 4:30–5:15 pm

Tuesdays:

  • Pilates - Yoga Fusion 4:30–5:15 pm

Wednesdays:

  • Pilates-Yoga Fusion 12:10–12:50 pm
  • HIIT 4:30–5:15 pm
  • Zumba 5:30–6:15 pm

Fridays:

  • Pilates-Yoga Fusion 12:10–12:50 pm
  • Zumba 4:30–5:15 pm

Saturdays:

  • Gentle Yoga 11:00–11:45 am

NOTE: Membership classes are free for full-time UPEI students and Sports Centre members. No non-members at this time.

Sports Centre day passes are not accepted for fitness classes. Fitness classes are not included in Squash and Walking Track memberships. 


A few things to keep in mind before coming to a class:

  1. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class ready to work out. No pre-registration. Please ensure you are ready to workout at the time class starts. The door will be closed when class begins and not re-opened until class finishes. Late arrivals are disruptive for other participants and the instructor.
  2. Sign in at the Panther Central Desk (valid Campus ID card required).
  3. No filming or photos in studios permitted.
  4. Please take your own mat if possible. Mats can be signed out from Panther Central Desk if needed.
  5. No coats, bags, or outdoor footwear permitted in or outside the studio. Please use the lockers at the top of the stairs (outside the fitness centre) to lock your belongings. Please take a lock to secure your belongings.
  6. Please do not enter the studio until everyone from a previous class has left.
  7. "Mask to Mat" procedure: please wear a mask in the Sports Centre until you are on your mat.
  8. Maximum of 12 participants per class.
  9. Do not come to class if you have symptoms of COVID-19.
  10. Classes vary from 40 to 45 minutes. Please check times.
  11. Please do not linger after class as equipment will need to be cleaned before next class.
