Summer Residence
Living in residence is not only for the academic year. Students can continue living on campus throughout the summer too. Choosing to live on campus this summer means an easy commute to your classes as well as having a kitchen, living room, private bedroom, and a bathroom (shared with one roommate).
Fees
Summer 2026 accommodations are in Blanchard Hall. All students accepted will be required to pay a $680 deposit that will be placed towards the cost of the room, which is $3,400.
Dates
The Summer term starts on May 8, 2026, and ends August 23, 2026. Students not living in residence in the Fall 2026 term are expected to have vacated their room by 10am on or before August 22, 2026. No extensions will be granted for this term.

Contract
Living in residence means abiding by the certain residence and university regulations. Please take the time to read the contract as you will be required to sign it in the application to confirm your stay in residence.
