We look forward to celebrating the Class of 2024 during ceremonies in the UPEI Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre over four days in May:

• May 14—Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Faculty of Nursing
• May 15—Faculty of Business and Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering
• May 16—Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Education, and Faculty of Graduate Studies (Master in Global Affairs only)
• May 17—Faculty of Science

Each ceremony will take place at 10:00 am.

Academic Procession at Convocation Ceremonies 

Faculty will assemble with graduates in the concourse of the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering building. At 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, the Academic Procession will begin to move from the assembly point to the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre.

Gown and Hood Rental 

Members of faculty who wish to participate in the Academic Procession and do not own their own regalia must order their gown and hood on a dedicated website from UPEI’s gown and hood supplier, GradCo.

Any faculty members who wish to purchase their regalia may contact GradCo at info@gradco.ca for information.

Gown and Hood Pickup 

Gown and hood pickup dates and times for faculty will be posted closer to Convocation.

Gown and Hood Returns

Faculty are asked to return their gowns and hoods after their Convocation ceremony.
