IT Systems and Services Help Desk
The ITSS Help Desk is available for support between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please take note that the best way to reach ITSS for support is via our email email@example.com, or by submitting a request on our MyUPEI site. We answer the phone and check the voicemail on a best effort basis only.
Please note: When requesting services, please leave a telephone number to enable ITSS to contact you. Assistance is not available on a drop-in basis, and appointment is necessary.
