How to Register with Accessibility Services
Accessibility Services may support students with documented visible or invisible, temporary or permanent disabilities, and provides accommodations for classroom learning and test taking. UPEI uses Symplicity Accommodate to track and deliver student accommodations.

How to Book an Appointment
UPEI uses Symplicity Accommodate to track and deliver student accommodations. For students already registered with Accessibility Services, you may book an appointment to speak with an advisor.
If you are not already registered with Accessibility Services, please follow the guides on how to register with Accessibility Services first, before attempting to book an appointment.

Guide to Medical Documents by Province
To Successfully Register with Accessibility Services, you may be required to upload proof of medical documentation. Please refer to our Guide to Medical Documents by Province.
You may also be required to submit your medical documentation if you wish to apply for disability or equipment grants/loans.
