Our counsellors are available to present and develop workshops on a variety of topics. If you have a class, program, club, residence floor (or any other group committed to attending) that would like one of our workshops, please contact us and we’d be happy to work with you.

We currently have prepared, or in preparation workshops covering:

  • Mental Health for Students
  • Healthy Relationships
  • Cross-Cultural Communications
  • Academic Planning
  • Exam Anxiety

Please contact us, if possible, at least two weeks in advance to schedule one of these workshops. If you don’t see the workshop you would like, please talk to us, we’re always happy to develop new workshops.
