Departments

The Access to Information and Privacy Office was created to encourage best practices in information access and privacy matters are followed at UPEI.
The Department of Ancillary Services at UPEI encompasses a variety of ancillary-type operations that are supportive and supplementary to UPEI’s core academic functions.
UPEI Athletics and Recreation supports the University’s mission by providing leadership in the promotion and delivery of athletic excellence and quality physical activity programs and services that enhance health, wellness and a sense of community.
The mission of the Office of Ceremonies and Events is to serve the University community by defining and setting standards in the planning, organizing, and delivering of events across the University campus to align with the University’s vision, mission, and strategic plan.
Facilities Management serves UPEI through the planning, design, construction, operation, protection, and maintenance of its physical facilities. The department provides direction and support to senior administration in planning deferred maintenance, enhancement of buildings, and new capital investment in facilities.
As stewards of the university, the Finance team works efficiently behind the scenes to manage the physical and financial side of campus life and to provide exemplary service in a fiscally responsible way.
It is our commitment to ensure UPEI is a healthy and safe environment to work, study, and visit.
The role of the Security Services Division is to protect and provide for the ongoing safety of the people, property, and information resources of the university community and to provide students, faculty, staff, and visitors with a secure environment in which to live, work, study, and play 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
