Camp Triumph provides a unique and unforgettable camp experience to children who have a parent or sibling with a serious illness or disability. The “others”. Each summer, we hire a core team of staff to fill key roles in order to make camp happen and run smoothly. This team is called the Core Staff. They live on site throughout the summer and are the backbone of the summer operation.  

Summer Paid Positions: Camp Counsellor (Full Summer); Camp Counsellor (Late Summer, i.e. July/August); Program Assistant; First Aid Coordinator; Waterfront Coordinator; Camp Manager; Facility Manager

Salaries: $525-625/week (Camp Counsellor positions), $550-650 (Program Assistant, First Aid Coordinator, Waterfront Coordinator)
