We are hiring full-time Aquaculture Production Associates! 

Our Aquaculture Production Associates work as part of a small team, dedicated to ensuring the health and performance of live salmon, from egg to broodstock stages. The role includes:

• Monitoring rearing environments via water quality and equipment checks, and making corrective actions as needed
• Feeding fish via manual and automated systems
• Tracking health-related indicators among the fish
• Maintaining a safe, orderly, and sanitary working environment
• Handling, grading, spawning, and transferring of salmon through the rearing areas
• Collecting data and maintaining accurate production records
