Conveniently located in Charlottetown, just minutes from the airport and historic downtown, UPEI is an ideal venue for meetings, conferences, and special events. With on-site residence hotel accommodations, versatile rental spaces, and tailored catering options, our professional team provides coordination and logistical support to help you create a seamless event.
UPEI has proudly hosted a wide range of groups, including academic, government, business, student, religious, and sports organizations. Our flexible spaces accommodate intimate meetings under 20 participants or large events up to 400 guests in a single room. For gatherings over 400 attendees, multiple spaces across campus can be coordinated.
Meeting and Group Spaces
Many of our spaces come equipped with basic audiovisual technology, and for more complex setups, we provide a list of trusted external AV partners.
As active members of multiple Island partnerships with strong ties to PEI’s tourism industry, we can connect you with local excursion providers and activity organizers so your guests can explore and enjoy the Island during their free time.
