Strategic Plan Updates

Upon approval of the UPEI Strategic Plan (2025–2030), UPEI’s senior executive team will lead the development and alignment of operational planning to support the implementation of strategic priorities.

This will include collaborative approaches to implement planning, as well as establish key performance indicators, progress measures, and an evaluation framework. Progress monitoring of the strategic plan will be ongoing. Adjustments to planning initiatives will be carried out as needed.

Progress results will be shared with the University and broader community on a regular basis.
