Games are compelling for young and old alike. Adding game elements to your course is one way of enhancing your students' engagement and increasing the opportunity to learn. But adding game elements doesn't mean you are making your course into a full blown game. The elements that make good games good can be borrowed and used to aid in your online course's overall pedagogical approach. In this workshop you will learn about basic game elements and how they can be used primarily for your Moodle course page but also for an online environment in general.
