On The Line: An Evening of Monologues is presented by the Students in this year's Theatre 244 class. The evening is a fund-raiser for the Campus Food Bank. It is being held in the Faculty Lounge in Main building on Monday, November 30. The doors open at 7 pm, and the show begins at 7:30 pm. Admission is by donation of a non-perishable food item, gently used, warm clothing, or cash. All proceeds will go to the Campus Food Bank. Warning: Some of the monologues contain adult language and describe adult situations. The evening may not be suitable for a younger audience, or those of a sensitive nature. Ms. Xiaotong Liang will present her Master of Arts - Island Studies thesis defence on Tuesday, December 1st at 8:30am in Rm. 409 Dalton Hall. The thesis title is: Claiming Green to Earn Green: Environmental laws and uninhabited islands - A case study of Fangji Island, China. There is limited seating at this location.
