Free Meningitis B vaccine clinic for UPEI students
The UPEI Health and Wellness Centre is holding a free meningococcal B (Men-B) pop-up vaccination clinic for undergraduate students from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm during the Welcome Week Panther Prowl Bingo event.
Students must provide their PEI health card or proof of international insurance, and their student ID when they get their vaccine. There is no cost to them for the vaccine. For full protection, students must receive two doses administered at a minimum of 28 days apart. Future clinics will be held, and information about dates and times will be shared with the campus community.

Introduction to the World of Work - Online information session
Have you not had a job before but are interested in finding work alongside your studies? Maybe you've not worked in Canada before, or you're wondering how to adjust to a different type of work environment.
Join our information session to learn the basics about working in PEI. We'll cover a bit about what you can expect and what will be expected of you in most local workplaces.
We'll also discuss where you can access supports as a UPEI student and leave time at the end for questions.
CCCE Speaker Series: Ian Morse, Co-Founder of Locarius
The Catherine Callbeck Centre for Entrepreneurship invites you to join our biweekly speaker series. We are pleased to have Ian Morse, Chief Technology Officer of Locarius. Drawing from his experience as a private sector employee and an entrepreneur, Ian will share his personal journey of navigating a business acquisition to founding his own company. Ian will dive into the concepts of ethical capitalism and the balance between profit and purpose, two driving principles of Locarius, which challenges the notion that success must be purely profit-driven.
