Sessional Instructor - Department of Music - Faculty of Arts (Fall 2021)
The Department of Music invites applications for a sessional instructor to teach the following two-credit hour course during Fall 2021. This appointment is subject to final budgetary approval.
Music 3450 Woodwind Techniques
This course provides group instruction in clarinet, saxophone, flute, oboe, and bassoon. Students familiarize themselves with materials used in teaching these instruments. Lecture: 2 hours a week
Qualifications:
The successful applicant should have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Woodwind Performance and extensive teaching experience in woodwinds.
Qualified applicants on the UPEI Department of Music Sessional Roster will be given priority.
