Dr. Terri Jackson is looking for a Graduate Research Student to assist with a project that explores pre-service teacher attitudes towards inclusive education. This research is quantitative and requires extensive knowledge of quantitative data analysis. The primary activities of the successful candidate will involve data analysis and require in-person meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monthly in-person meetings with supervisor to discuss progress to be scheduled during business hours
  • Analysis of quantitative data

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a current Graduate student at UPEI
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely in English for academic purposes, and adjust writing based on mentoring and editing from supervisor
  • Skilled in quantitative data analysis
  • Interest in inclusive education and capacity-building initiatives 

This position is covered by a Collective Agreement between the Public Service Alliance of Canada and the University of Prince Edward Island. Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students.
