The Department of Psychology at the University of Prince Edward Island invites applications for a Sessional Instructor for the 2021 Fall Semester. We are seeking an instructor to teach the following course in the Department of Psychology. This appointment is subject to final budgetary approval.

3930 HEALTH PSYCHOLOGY

This course examines how psychological, social, and biological factors interact to influence health and illness. Students explore the systematic application of psychology to health promotion and maintenance, illness prevention and treatment, the determinants of health and illness, health care systems, and health policy. Three hours a week.

Successful applicants will have a Graduate degree or a Doctoral degree in Psychology. 

Please note that applicants on the UPEI sessional roster for Psychology will be considered first.
