Diagnostic Services at the Atlantic Veterinary College requires a Proficiency Program Coordinator for the International Veterinary Proficiency Testing Centre
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the planning, production and manufacturing of all physical and virtual modules of a veterinary proficiency program
- Responsible for all quality assurance testing on final program products
- Responsible for the packaging, shipping, and timing of delivery of all proficiency kits
- Responsible for client management and customer service
- Responsible for maintaining the program web-based reporting system
- Responsible for producing reports
- Assists the Director with Marketing the Program
- Assists the Director with research and development of new modules, specifically molecular and virology modules
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Related Diploma with experience in proficiency and a veterinary diagnostic laboratory are required
- ISO 17025 formal training is required
- ISO 17043 formal training is required
- Strong Interpersonal Skills are required
