The Faculty of Arts requires a sessional instructor to teach the following course for the Summer 2020, subject to budgetary approval.

University/BIS 1930 W - Career Learning Portfolio

This course is designed to review and clarify a student's learning and career objectives, and to document and demonstrate experiential learning. The course leads to the development of an electronic portfolio (E-portfolio).

Applicants must possess: a Master’s Degree or equivalent training in undergraduate instruction, experience in adult education, and an understanding of, and preferably experience in Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR). Preference will be given to applicants with previous successful online teaching experience.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates with seniority on the UPEI Sessional Roster in the academic unit.
