This is a full-cycle, hands-on finance role at the heart of a lean fintech startup. You'll run the books in QuickBooks Online, manage a complex invoicing process, oversee payroll and tax compliance, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, forecasts, and variance analyses. You'll also work with data visualization tools to surface insights that inform leadership decisions, and collaborate with the Sr. Finance Manager and senior leadership on financial strategy.
A significant and unique part of this role is owning the end-to-end financial operations of the GeniusCash rewards program – including weekly fulfillment validation, payment processing, fraud investigation, and reconciliation – while responding promptly to finance and accounting inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
