Community Connections Inc. is seeking an experienced, energetic, and collaborative HR professional to join the management team to lead our people management and development strategies. The Human Resources Manager, provides leadership, oversight, and direction to Managers, Supervisors and staff in all aspects of human resource management, labour relations and occupational health and safety for approximately 100 employees across multiple worksites. These employees are represented by the Union of Public Sector Employees (UPSE).
