You’ll be responsible for both customer support and influencer operations across all three brands (Heavy*, Just Creatine, and Forever Casket). From replying to customers with empathy and precision, to automating systems with AI tools, to helping us land partnerships with top-tier influencers - you’ll wear a lot of hats and play a key role in how our brands are experienced every day.
