The Construction Manager reports to the Housing Development Director with provincial responsibilities and works the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure and others in the provision of professional services related to the planning and design of building construction and major renovation or repair projects related to the PEI Housing Corporation. The Construction Manager represents the Department, as Project Leader, at meetings with consultants, contractors, public interest groups, and others associated with building projects.
