The clinical psychologist will be interviewing candidates who have previously completed written personality assessments, in order to determine suitability for a role in the RCMP. Experience with psychodiagnostic assessments in a must, along with working with individuals in high-risk occupations (such as first responders), as well as experience using MMPI.
