You will be part of the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) core business of tax administration and revenue collection. Your focus would be the provision of information to taxpayers and/or their representatives and the analysis, investigation, resolution and response to enquiries and requests for adjustments to taxpayer’s returns and accounts resulting from the processing of prescribed forms and returns; which includes assessments, reassessments and related problems and complaints.

Duties may also include, but not limited to, opening mail, preparing returns for processing, preparing payments received for processing, keying tax payments, and other administrative tasks.
