The Technical Customer Support Specialists work as the direct link between Swift Medical customers and the company's product, engineering, and success teams. With a passion for helping people and strong technical skills, the Technical Customer Support Specialist will work to troubleshoot customer technical issues and escalate issues outside of their scope to the appropriate team members. This position is fully remote, and candidates must be based in Prince Edward Island.
