Do you enjoy working with youth? Would you like to help us bring the YMCA Summer Work Student Exchange (SWSE) program to life in your community? Join the SWSE staff team! The SWSE program offers the opportunity for 16- and 17-year-olds to gain meaningful work experience, and discover a new part of Canada, all while practising their second official language. You’ll be responsible for promoting the program to youth and employers in your local community, leading activities for youth participants and implementing an amazing summer program — all with training and support from the YMCA.
