The Software Specialist is responsible for the ongoing assistance to all LMN / Greenius clients in both a consultative role as well as technical capacity, acting as a liaison between the client and LMN Development.  The Specialist will address client inquiries through trouble tickets, live chat, emails, and phone calls.
