Collective Bargaining Update – September 18

The following provides an update on collective bargaining and related labour relations activities at UPEI.

PSAC

Negotiations with our two Public Service Alliance of Canada bargaining units, PSAC 86000, and a bargaining unit representing post-doctoral research associates, are scheduled for late September, late October, and early November.

UPEI Faculty Association

Conciliation took place this week from September 16–18 with additional dates scheduled for October. UPEI continues to participate fully and cooperatively in the process and remains committed to constructive, good-faith bargaining with the UPEI Faculty Association.
