Notice of Revised Board of Governors Policies and information session

Please note that the Board of Governors has approved new versions of five (5) existing policies as well as one (1) new policy. These polices, along with related procedural guidelines, can be found on the UPEI Board of Governors Policy and Procedures website.  http://www.upei.ca/policy/
 
Matt Adams, Accounting Manager, will hold an information session to review the financial policies and to answer questions about the procedural guidelines related to the 4 following policies:
Corporate Credit Cards, Assignment and Use of
Hospitality, Entertainment and Other Expenses
Travel Expenses 
Moving and Relocation Expenses.
 
This information session will be held on Tuesday Oct 27, 2015 at 1:30 at UPEI in room 105 of Health Sciences Building.
