Project Management Certificate

Overview: Project management is a core competency in our rapidly changing environment. This Certificate program addresses important skills such as the management of stakeholders, communication, risk, budgets, and schedules. The program emphasizes agile and change management skills which are important in today’s environment. Special attention is given to the project delivery principles defined in the 7th edition of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (or PMBOK® Guide). In addition to the six core courses, there is some flexibility built into the program. To complete the certificate, from a list of three courses, learners choose one course that is the best match for their interests, industry, and educational needs.

Participants can take all courses necessary to earn a Certificate or take select courses. The “Project Management Essentials” course is a prerequisite to the Project Management Certificate. This program is delivered by Procept Associates Ltd., a Project Management Institute (PMI®) Authorized Training Partner.

Designed for: Professionals who are responsible for managing projects, programs and portfolios; project team leads, managers whose resources are allocated to projects or who support project work, business analysts, project sponsors

Type of Delivery: Virtual.

Duration: Seven courses for a total of forty-nine hours; each course lasts two consecutive days, of which each session lasts 3.5 hours.
