The Contract and Insurance Office is responsible for reviewing and advising on the legal terms of all university contracts prior to signature by a University Signing Officer.

The Contract and Insurance Office does not review and approve the business terms of a contract – approval of business terms are the responsibility of the submitting Department or Faculty and must be completed prior to submission for contract review.
