Faculty members and post-docs who supervise, mentor, and/or instruct graduate students are invited to join the upcoming Community of Practice on Excellence in Graduate Supervision session:

Receiving feedback is essential for graduate students in their development as scholars and researchers. Delivering effective feedback as a supervisor should be a thoughtful process of considering what, when, where, why & how.

Join Dr. Rachelle Gauthier, Faculty of Education and Dr. Paul Bernard, Biomedical Sciences, at AVC for a conversation of peers on preparing for and holding feedback conversations with graduate students under your supervision.

What: CoP: Feedback Conversations in Graduate Supervision: Supporting Students’ Growth
When: 3:00-4:30 pm, Thursday, November 12
Where: Café side, The Fox & Crow – W.A. Murphy Student Centre

*In response to participant interest, this session is part of a pilot exploring a more casual meeting format. Feedback is welcome.
