On Friday, September 18 at 7:30 pm, the UPEI Department of Music opens its 2026-2027 recital series with their second annual Prelude to Homecoming concert, which will once again showcase the Department's new Yamaha CFX concert grand piano in the refurbished Steel Recital Hall (UPEI campus). This concert will feature Magdalena von Eccher as a soloist and in collaboration with full-time faculty (Dale Sorensen, Nicole Strum, and Sung Ha Shin-Bouey), along with part-time faculty and several Department of Music alumni.
