The flags near Kelley Memorial Building and at UPEI Alumni Canada Games Place have been lowered to half-mast in memory of the two Island EMS paramedics and patient they were transporting, who tragically lost their lives in a motor vehicle collision in New Brunswick on July 7. 

The UPEI community extends its condolences to their families, friends, colleagues, the first responder community, and everyone affected by this devastating loss.
