Problem Accessing Tax Forms in MyUPEI

We want to make you aware of an issue affecting access to the new tax forms in MyUPEI. Some users are encountering **Error Code 400** when attempting to view their documents.
To resolve this, please complete the following steps:
- Clear all browsing data (cache, cookies, and history) from the last 7 days
- Sign out of MyUPEI completely
- Make sure you are not using an old bookmark to access the site. Instead, manually enter my.upei.ca into your browser
- Go to the Student or Staff Portal in My UPEI and go to the bottom of the page to tax information to access the tax forms
After completing these steps, try accessing your tax forms again.
