Together, our panel will explore what it means to navigate conflict with courage, clarity and compassion.  Drawing from their diverse roles across campus including VP People and Culture, Residence Life, EDI-HR and ExEd, they will share their lived experience, practical strategies and insights on bridging difference in our campus community.  This session follows a lunch and learn style, inviting UPEI community to listen, learn and engage in thoughtful dialogue.
