3:15–4:00 pm Keynote speaker: Dr. Debra Titone, Canada Research Chair in Language & Multilingualism (Tier I), and Associate Vice-Principal Research, McGill University, co-founder of Women in Cognitive Science Canada (NSERC/CSBBCS funded)

“Women in Cognitive Science Canada:  A Grass-roots Effort to Foster Disciplinary Equity and Inclusivity”

4:00–4:15 pm Refreshment break

4:15–5:50 pm WICSC+ streamed from annual meeting of the Canadian Society for Brain, Behavior & Cognitive Science, University of Guelph

4:15–4:30 pm Welcome, updates, and new data: Penny Pexman and Michelle Yang

4:30–4:45 pm WICSC awards presentations: Penny Pexman and Chris Oriet

4:50–5:50 pm Tri-Agency Awards Panel and Q & A  (unpacking grant and scholarship applications)

Hosted by the WICSC trainee board with panelists Penny Pexman (Vanier Committee), Karl Spuznar (NSERC Committee), and Sabrina Alam (Post-doc)

6:00–7:00 pm Dinner (pizza, salad, fruit) and networking, Schurman Market Square, Don and Marion McDougall Hall
