The Allantic Veterinary College at UPEI will host a symposium on September 13 at 1:30 pm in Lecture Theatre A to examine the commonality of animal and human medicine and explore how a more comprehensive One Health approach could impact and improve health practices across species.

The symposium will feature speakers Dr. Barry Maron, world-renowned medical cardiologist and Director of Clinical Research at Tufts University, and Dr. Etienne Cote, 3M National Teaching Fellow, editor of the leading text in veterinary internal medicine, and a veterinary cardiologist at AVC.
