He has received awards for his community work, including the Premier of PEI's Diversity Leadership Award, the Red Cross Young Humanitarian Award, the Dan MacIntyre Human Rights Award and UPEI’s Inspiring Young Alumni Award.
Bobby Cameron is a dedicated advocate for a liberal arts undergraduate education as an excellent starting point for a broad range of careers. Drawing upon his own academic experience as well has his subsequent work as a civil servant, Bobby provides students in the ACLC program with valuable insights concerning the world of NGO and public sector employment and how to make the most of an undergraduate degree at UPEI.
