Student Laboratory Assistants (Up to 2 Positions) - Department of Applied Human Sciences - Faculty of Science
$13.70 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
ASAP – December 31, 2022
Applications are invited from 3rd or 4th year students majoring in Foods and Nutrition who are interested in serving as laboratory assistants for the 2022 Fall semester.
- Assist the instructor in teaching labs in FN 2810 – Introductory Foods, marking student assignments, and other necessary duties as needed.
- Applicants must be a 3rd or 4th year major in Foods and Nutrition
- Student must have good academic standing and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.7
- Preference given to candidates who have taken FN 1110 – Introductory Foods
Please state in your application the days you are available: Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday 1:30-4:30.
Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
