The primary purpose of this position is to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention for preschoolers and Kindergarten children with a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The position will also provide coaching and training of Intensive Behavioral Intervention (IBI) to Autism Assistants and will also provide on-site coaching to families, pre-school and kindergarten staff. The specialist will provide leadership to facilitate the application of evidence-based practices for children with ASD. Close collaboration with other professionals is essential to develop comprehensive educational programs.

**Required minimum qualifications is a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Child Development, Education, Psychology or a related field.
