The Women in Asset Management (WAM) Program at Ivey Business School is a summer program designed to introduce undergraduate women from universities across Canada to careers in asset management and the broader finance industry.

Selected students participate in a four-week academic program at Ivey Business School in London, Ontario, from May 3–June 4, 2027, followed by a 10–12 week paid internship with a participating financial institution or investment organization beginning June 7, 2027.

The program combines academic learning, industry exposure, professional development, and practical work experience. Internship responsibilities vary by employer and team and may include investment research, financial analysis, data analysis, market and industry research, portfolio-related work, and presentation development.
