CHANCES is seeking a flexible and experienced individual to join our Smart Play team as a Smart Play Float. This position provides support across multiple Smart Play locations based on staffing and program needs.

The Float plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of quality school-age programming. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in different locations, adapting to changing needs, and building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
